For the most part, the work you pay for is yours! [obviously]
You can use my work for social media icons, print it out, put it in a forum signiature, eat it, whatever- as long as you DO NOT resell, alter, or create products/merchandise featuring my work. In simple terms, you can't repurpose my art and sell it as your own.
You also may not pass the art as your own work. If someone asks if you made it, please don't say you did.
Credit is not necessary [but much appreciated!]
I aim to be fully transparent during the commission process. Generally, I will update you with the status of your piece after each stage [once after the sketch, once after lineart, then color, etc etc] so edits can be requested. After the lineart stage, you CANNOT make any huge requests [such as changing the pose, adding another character etc] so be sure of your request before making it.
If you want a piece by a certain date, please let me know on Ko-Fi or through email.
If I feel that I cannot fulfill a request for whatever reason, I have the right to refund and deny it. I will communicate the reason to you, and provide a refund if it is paid for. If the piece is in a stage close to completion [with full color/shading, for example], and you decide you no longer want the piece, I have the right to only offer a partial refund to compensate for the work already completed.
